How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition for us to issue you with a full refund (minus the delivery charges).

Please return to Kate Fearnley Ltd, 224 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, Cleveland. TS1 3QW.

We recommend that you send items back recorded delivery so you have a record that it has been received by us.

Please include the original invoice (or a copy) and your reason for return form.

I need more information on a product?

We aim to give as much information under the product description as possible, however if you have any further queries please contact our team on (+44)1642 227344.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock?

We know how frustrating this can be! However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and order it before someone else does. Please contact our team and we will see if we have any stock which is not showing on the web or if we can suggest an alternative for you.

What if my item was Faulty?

If your item is faulty, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include the name of the garment, your order number and your name and address. Please state what is wrong with the garment and if you would like to exchange it or be issued with a refund. We aim to reply to your email within 24 hours with further instructions.
